The pallet washing machine is a cleaning equipment used for food crates or containers. Food crates and other utensils to be cleaned enter the cleaning channel from the input end of the washing machine, and go through pre-washing, main washing, and rinsing before being output, thus completing the cleaning process.

Pre-washing Process

The water pump draws water from the pre-washing water tank and sprays it out through nozzles to clean all surfaces of food crates or containers and remove debris. The cleaned sewage flows back to the water tank after filtration and separation, and the debris is discharged.

Rinsing Process

The rinsing water pump draws hot water from the rinsing water tank and sprays it out to rinse off detergents and other substances from the cleaned items, and the water flows back to the tank.
