Operating Instructions

1. Structure:
The rolling vacuum packaging machine is mainly composed of five parts: the upper working room, the lower working platform, the frame, the electrical system, and the vacuum system.

2. Operating Steps:

(1) Power-on inspection: Ensure that the power and air source are normal, the vacuum pump oil level is within the standard range, and set the vacuum degree, heat sealing temperature, and conveying speed.
(2) Trial operation and debugging: Run in idle mode for 1-2 cycles, test 1-2 packages, and fine-tune the parameters until they are qualified.
(3) Normal operation: Place the materials on the conveyor belt, and the equipment will automatically complete vacuuming, heat sealing, and discharging, and then sort the finished products.
(4)Shutdown maintenance: Turn off the power and air source, clean the body and sealing rubber strips, and remove the waste materials.
